Center Stage Fitness

Center Stage Fitness began over six years ago under the name of Figures Ladies Fitness. Increased business demands necessitated finding a larger space to serve more women and to include workout accommodations for men, thus creating Center Stage Fitness.

We specialize in creating a positive atmosphere promoting wellness in mind, body and spirit. We offer our clients hands on assistance from certified personal trainers. Our job is to make sure the client is exercising in a safe and effective manner. We train each member on how to properly utilize all of the equipment to expedite his/her results.

We are very proud to be part of Hall County and participate in community activities and help raise money for local charities. 

We feature Atlantis strength equipment, free weights, Matrix and Cybex cardio equipment with cardio theatres, childcare, boot camps, sport specific training, weight management programs, and group classes.
